Over 20 years in art departments bringing productions to life.

I have art directed and designed for some of the industry’s pioneering independent artists including David Lynch, Wim Wenders, The Polish Brothers and the late photographer Herb Ritts. 20 years of working in film, print and commercial projects big and small and my earliest experiences with legendary production designers Mark Friedberg and Patricia Norris taught me an invaluable hands-on approach to art direction and design.

Recent features I have designed include Walking Out (Sundance 2017 Dramatic Competition) for The Smith Brothers, and Scott Coffey’s Adult World for Anonymous Content. Recently, I art directed the Netflix original series, Everything Sucks! and Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists. In the spring of 2019 I designed 10 music videos for the band The Lumineers for their upcoming album III.

I was born in Montana and attended Montana State University for film production and later moved to Chicago for a focus in Production Design and Art History at Columbia College. I spent over 12 years in Los Angeles and now call Portland, Oregon home.
