From Estate Sales to Atomic Ranch: My Journey in Vintage Home Design
I’ve been a mid-century collector, antique hunter, and estate sale junkie for as long as I can remember. My love for vintage design started in childhood and never let up. Through the ’90s and 2000s, I spent countless weekends chasing estate sales from California to Montana—picking up rare finds, building a serious lamp collection, and learning everything I could about mid-century American design.
At this point, I’d call myself an authority on the subject. I know the palettes, the silhouettes, the materials—and I’ve lived with them long enough to know what makes a space feel authentic. My first Portland home was even featured in Atomic Ranch magazine. Here are a few images from the spread.
